We raise our pigs the same as our chickens, on a pasture rotation with supplemental soy-free feed. We raise heritage breeds and crosses consisting of Kunekune, Idaho Pasture Pig, Tamworth and Mangalitsa. This is not your average grocery store pork. Grown the long and slow way, our deep red and fat marbled pork is sure to change your opinion of "the other white meat."
Final cost is $4.29/lb hanging weight, plus butcher fees. You will get to fill out your own cut sheet based on your preference of final product, we will facilitate dropping your pig off for processing and you can pick up the finished product from there. Average hanging weight will fall between 150-200 lbs, just let us know what kind of target weight you would like and we'll get it close. Save big money over buying retail cuts of pastured pork, which can range from $8-15/lb! If a whole pig is too much, contact us for availabilty and pricing on halves.
